At Mountain Zen Yoga, our mission has always been simple: bring yoga to the people. Since opening in 2018 as a mobile yoga studio, we’ve believed that wellness should be accessible, joyful, and rooted in community. That’s why we’re so excited to share our new Community Yoga Offerings beginning this fall.
✨ Why Community Yoga?
Yoga is for everyone—not just those who can afford a studio membership or private retreat. By creating free and donation-based opportunities, we’re opening the doors wider for our Sevierville and Gatlinburg neighbors to explore the benefits of practice.
These sessions aren’t just about stretching or moving; they’re about finding a sense of peace, creating connection, and reminding ourselves that wellness belongs to all of us.
