🌿 Mountain Zen Yoga Community Offerings

At Mountain Zen Yoga, we believe yoga should be accessible to everyone. That’s why we’re opening our practice to the community with free and donation-based offerings designed to bring people together, reduce stress, and create a sense of connection right here in the Smoky Mountains.

Whether you’re brand new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, these classes are a chance to slow down, breathe, and experience the benefits of mindful movement in a welcoming space.

💡 Why We’re Doing This

Since opening in 2018, Mountain Zen Yoga has specialized in private, mobile yoga experiences for visitors and groups. These new community offerings are our way of giving back — making yoga more accessible while strengthening the connection between locals, visitors, and the natural beauty of our Smoky Mountain home.
